Plastisol B Plastisol B is a paste composed of PVC, fillers and additives. It is thermosetting compound. It has excellent adhesion to an electrophoresis deposited coating. For sealing joints which do not require high sealant elasticity and which are found inside a vehicle or within inner fender openings. Plastisol Z-140 is applied to the automobile body that is previously coated by an electrophoresis primer. It is applied by an extrusion gun. It is baked in an oven at 140C for 30 min. |
