Plastisol Z-140 Description Plastisol Z-140 is a liquid compound based on PVC, plasticiser, fillers and additives. It is thermosetting compound. It has excellent adhesion to an electrophoresis deposited coating. Application is for protection of the automobile underbody. It is applied using an airless spray pistol. Plastisol Z-140 is applied to the automobile body that is previously coated by an electrophoresis primer. It is applied by an airless spray pistol at a pressure of 100-200 bars. It is baked in an oven at 140C for 30 min. |
