Plastisol 787 Plastisol 787 is a paste based on PVC, plasticiser, fillers and additives. It is thermosetting compound. It has excellent adhesion to an electrophoresis deposited coating. For sealing joints that is requiring high sealant elasticity so as to prevent its cracking due to the micro-movements of sheet metals bonded. Plastisol Z-140 is applied to the automobile body that is previously coated by an electrophoresis primer. It is applied by an extrusion gun. It is baked in an oven at 140C for 30 min. |
